Front panel connector won't work, but the motherboard light is on

So I had all my front panel connectors plug in the right way, but when I to start the computer, nothing happen. The motherboard light is on. So are my front panel connectors pins dead or something.

Whats your full system specs? Is it a new build or one that suddenly developed the issue?
