Front Panel Connectors, Help!!!!

Ok, so i just bought new parts to upgrade my pc. I currently have am Acer Aspire M3920. I have bought:
Gigabyte GTX 770 OC
Fractal Design Define R4 White Window
And the psu: corsair CX750W Modular..

So i know everything i need to know to make this upgrade/Build to work but. When i change the computer case i need to connect the new front panel i/o connections to the motherboard. And i am a little unsure about Where the indicidual cables need to go. Here are some pics:

No links. The motherboard cables should have some label painted on the leads and the motherboard manual will have a detailed front panel pin layout.

i wasnt done with the post so here i updated it
with pictures and my manual pictures for the pc as well. In the connections scheme it says different functions than what my current pcs connections are. Total mindf****

Look HERE under front panel header for the power switch, reset switch, power LED, HDD activity, and speaker pins.

The HD audio and USB are shown HERE as AUDIOF and USBF1 or 2, doesn't matter which or both.
