Where do I plug PWR + and PWR -?

The options are (top left 2 pins) PLED + PLED -

Other option (bottom right 3 pins) PWRLED + PWRLED - PWRLED-

I plugged it into PLED + and - because I only have 2 pins too connect. What are your thoughts?

OK. I looked at both the motherboard and case manuals and the power switch on the front panel has two pairs of wires coming out of it. One pair go to the power on/off terminals (pins 6 and 8), and the other pair seem to go to either connector for the LED, pins 2 and 4, or pins 15 and 19, according to the diagram in the Zalman Z11 case manual. I'd do what you did (and check that the LED indication matches the system status)
