Hello, I have an Asus P8H61 Motherboard and my pc was working fine until i opened it to clean it... I removed the front panel connector to do some cable management and now my pc wont turn on!
What should I do?

Solution
When you removed the front panel connector you either displaced the connection between the power button and the connector or the connecter and the motherboard. You should check to see if they're both in their rightful places.

I connected every cable as shown in the motherboard's user guide... Could it be something else? By the way the motherboard's and the gpu's lights turn on when I connect the pc to the power so i guess it's not burned or anything like that...

No, see, you may have connected the Power button to the motherboard, but the cable connecting the power button to the case may have been disconnected or even torn (if you were violent with removing the lid and/or cable management.)
