Solution
What part don't you get? The connectors are clearly marked, and the motherboard connector is just as clearly marked. You connect marked to marked, + to +. If you do happen to connect an LED the wrong way it just won't light. Turn the connector around and it will work. Some cases may have extra connections that don't appear on the motherboard, you simply leave those hanging loose. What order you do this in is completely irrelevant.

thank you for helping me what i cannot understand is say the HDD LED it goes vertical or horizontal?
power sw goes on top 3 or 4th slot?
power led goes in top 1 or 2 slots but which one? the manuel doesnt tell

Again, if the printing on the mobo is too small to read:
Here's your manual:
https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/...6610_ROG_STRIX_B550-F_GAMING_WI-FI_UM_WEB.pdf

Chapter 1, Page 19 is the front panel pinout.

Thats the same manual that came in the box with your motherboard.

The power and reset switches actually don't matter the polarity. They just create a momentary "short" between the two wires (to start a mobo outside of a case, you short the proper two pins the correspond to the power switch with a flat-head screwdriver). And as bubblehead explained, an LED plugged in the wrong way just won't work until you get the polarity correct.
