Front panel dac?

Is there any front panel 5.25" DAC that one can buy? Something similar to the one that comes with the Asus ROG Rampage V Edition 10 motherboard.

There is not many sound cards that actuall reside in the 5.25 bay.
There are quite a few that plug into the motherbaord slot and then have a port panel that fit in a 5.25 though.
