Hello,
I am replacing my motherboard, I have installed it and connected all cables. However I cannot turn the pc on because the cord from the case's front panel (which has the power switch) does not connect to the motherboard.
Here is the cord from the panel:

Here is the port on the motherboard (says panel 1):

Here is the diagram from the motherboard manual:

Can I get an adapter? Can I turn on the computer without the front panel? I can't afford a new case right now, and I don't want to deal with the hassel of moving everything, can I buy just a power switch instead?

Solution
If the on switch pins and led pins are in the right place. The easy fix is to pop out the white pin.it held in by small clip a small tooth pick should release the pin. The other option is cut off the non needed pin on the mb.

Opened up the front panel, it looked like the red and black wires control the on/off switch:

Then I removed the white pin with a toothpick, and was able to plug the red and black wires in the right pins:

Thanks for the help.
