Front Panel extenders for motherboard?

I need extenders for my front panel connections so I can connect them when my new GPU is in, for without them, the GPU would obstruct the wires from connecting.

I looked on ebay, newegg and amazon and they were all sold out of the onesuggested to me :

So does anyone know of any options for me?

With the ports ADU1, JUSB2, JFP1, and JFP2 being used.

Here is the picture of the acutal internals, it is very tight.
