Front Panel Header Cable Doesn't Fit

My front panel cable pins don't line up correctly with the ones on the motherboard. I googled this and everyone else has multiple cables but mine just has 1 with 19 pins.

Sounds like you have a pre-built computer system and the tower uses propitiatory connections. What case/system is it?
There may be an adapter, but I doubt it. If you are good with electronics, you could make your own connectors, but really..the easiest thing is to replace the case/tower.
