Front Panel Header Wire Issues

Hey guys, thanks in advance for any help as I'm pretty new to messing with PC hardware. I just need the power button to work, it would be nice for the Reset,HDD and LED, but for now the power will do. how do I know which wire is GRD and which is 5+. A pic here http://imgur.com/9Fa2c

it doesnt matter .

the power switch just shorts the to pins on the mb briefly

for the LED's try them and if they work its the right way and if they dont then reverse the polarity
