Front panel header

So I'm helping my bud build a computer. He is using his mobo front his factory dell inspiring 660 with a new corsair vs600 power supply and my old gtx 970. Everything else is what was in the factory inspiron. The front panel is connected properly because the fans spun for a second but now I'm getting nothing. Any ideas?

I'm an idiot the 24 pin was loose. But now the case fan in front wont spin. It didn't before either but I figured that was from the power problem
