Question Front Panel Microphone is not taking any Sound

I m using Gigabyte H310M motherboard its back 3.5mm jacks works fine but when it comes to the front panel 3.5mm jack, only audio will be working fine and microphone jack will not work, then i tried changing the audio to microphone to check whether jack is fine or not, but its ok it only picking the voice at all.i have seen several YouTube videos and tried but no change, uninstalled and installed the drivers many times but no change, so can any one me to know, whats the actual problem is? And please give the solution

Make and model of your case? As for the front panel, have you made sure that the internal header for the audio is hooked to the case's front panel?

BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

Yes it is correctly connected to the f_audio of the motherboard and working fine but microphone jack is not picking up voice
