Hi!I have same problem(s).
Solved some....
Here is front audio that worked for me.Just put jumper to sense(3.3v) and gnd.

Front usb is similar to usual usb connector, just connect lonely pin(sense 3.3v) to gnd.

If you dont connect this pins to gnd mobo will report error.

Power on switch is third(3.) pair of pins looking from the front usb(yellow one).
I didnt look for leds and speaker.
