Hello,

I have:

Gigabyte A320M S2H v2
Ryzen 5 1600AF
RX 570 graphics card
450W PSU
8GB DDR4 2600MHz memory.

So the issue is that the PC won't turn on sometimes. One day it'll work perfectly fine and the next its cooked. Nothing. I looked at the front panel pins and noticed that bridging the correct pins to turn on the PC won't turn on the PC at all. I tried other methods and pins but nothing. There is power to the PSU and the PSU is switched on. Everything is properly configured but these pins just wont trigger the PC to boot up only on the odd occasion. Any ideas? Because I'm out of ideas at this point and am going to get a new motherboard soon to see if that fixes the problem.

A new motherboard will fix the problem.

At a guess, one or more of the capacitors on your board which regulate power during power-up have failed or are starting to fail and leak current.

Take a look at the capacitors near the CPU. If any look like they have brown or grey ooze coming out the top, that's likely to be the issue.
