Question Front Panel Power led keeps blinking after shutting down PC

So yes. This is something that began to happen like a week ago and i don't know why. I tried reconnecting the front panel connections but still the same. It doesn't go to sleep mode or hibernation, typing and clicking do not boot up the pc. Also, at the same time, the sleep mode option dissapeared from the power button menu and i can't find it either in power options shutdown settings.

Any idea what should I do now?

Here's my specs. I built this pc just a couple of months ago.


CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X
COOLER: Stock
MOBO: ASrock b450m pro-4
GPU: MSI Ventus OC Nvidia GTX 1660 Super
RAM: 2x8gb G.Skill Ripjaws V 3000mhz c15
SSD: Corsair MP510 NVMe 240gb
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 256mb cache

It's not shutdown, its in hybrid sleep so it can start up super fast.
if you want a true sleep then disable fast startup in the bios or (i don't know if this still works or not) hold down shift when you click shutdown.

I don't fully get it. I want my pc to sleep but what i'm looking here is to solve this blinking problem when i shut down my pc either by power button menu, desktop alt+F4 or by pressing the front panel power button. I checked the bios and disabled the power led when in s5 state but it's still happening.
