Front panel preventing me from turning on pc

My front panel wiring is really frustrating me. I’m following what the Manuel says and making sure I have the plus and negative connectors in the right plug but it’s still not turning on

OK, as this seems to be a difficult operation for you lets try something very easy. First off, for the on/off front panel button polarity is not an issue as it is just a button to open and close a circuit. So now identify the 2 wires which normally say "power" and plug them into the 2 ports identified by your manual. This should allow you to start the PC. I would suggest connecting the reset cables next.
