Question Front panel prongs are not working properly

When I hook up the power button connector and try to turn it on, nothing happens, and when I try to jump it, the fans whirr, but the computer won't turn on. It was working previously and idk what changed.

only the motherboard. all the individual parts seem to work, just not the computer itself.
