Front panel removal on CiT F3 micro atx case?

(apologies if i put this in the wrong category)
I need to clean the fan at the front of the case as it's covered in dust, but I have no idea how to remove the front panel and I do not want to take a risk at breaking it off. I can't find a manual anywhere online and I bought the pc prebuilt from a friend so I don't have the manual.
