Front panel switches

I started to build my pc and I only have h.d.d led + and - in the same switch thing and power sw and can i use only these or do i need the rest like reset SW and does other ones

Technically the only thing you HAVE to connect is Power switch. You could live without the other connected. But obviously it is better to connect them all, so you have all functionality of your case buttons and LEDs.

What DO i miss out on Without the other connectors?

If you don't connect Reset Switch, you can't use reset button.
If you don't connect Power or HDD LEDs, those LEDs will not light up.
If you don't connect HD audio cable, you can't use front mini-jacks for headphones/microphone.
If you don't connect USB cables, you can't use front USB ports.
