Front panel USB 3.0 Gen 1 not working

Hello, I recently oc'ed my CPU to 4.5GHz. I tried to go to 4.6, but the system was unstable and crashed. After the crash, I realized one of my rear panel USB3 ports was not working. Re-installation of USB3 drivers fixed the rear panel USB3 problem but the front case ports are still not working.
Motherboard: GIGABYTE X79-UP4 not sure of the revision number.

I don't know what happened but it is now working again.
