Front panel video display

Anyone know of any touch screens that fit in two 5.25 inch bays? Would like to fill a gaping hole on my case and use it for stats or quick commands.

Seen a few touch screens for cars 6.2", and seen a few double fan controllers, but nothing that you're after. Some ideas though:
