[SOLVED] Front panel

I have this mobo: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B450M-DS3H-rev-10
And this case:https://cougargaming.com/products/cases/mx330/
The case has a power led conector. The mobo has a pled and a pwrled pin in the front panel conectors. Which one is for the power led? The manual says nothing about this. The pwr led has 3 pins and the pled has 2. There are 2 power led cables.

In the conectors that dont have a +/- sign and have an arrow how do I understand which is + and which is -?

Also can i acces the bios without ram/psu/gpu so i can test if wverything works up until now?

Finally My mobo has only one connector for a case fan. Is there any way i can connect my other fan to the psu?

So, i can just buy a splitter plug the one side in the mobo the other on the fans and it will work?
