Question Front panel

MB: ROG Maximus XIII

So, uh. Front panel isn't completely working. I changed out my MB a few days ago and for whatever reason my USB C and 1 of my USB A's aren't working.

3/4 USB A's are working. I have both 3.2 headers connected and I checked both headers. They are completely plugged in, but only 3 work. I'm not sure why just 1 would be out.

USB C workes on last MB just fine, but not this one. Could it be I slightly messed up the front panel connectors? The PC powers on, just something is up with the front connections.

different motherboard model? fresh os install?

I thought about it, but I'm not sure if a fresh OS would actually help. My LED for the case isn't coming on, either. I assumed I might have gotten some of the connection for the F panel wrong and that mighy cause it. But it is powering on through the button. Could that actually be an issue?
