Front Side Panel Connectors are All-In-One

I am planning on getting a new motherboard (Intel DQ57TM) and I'm not sure if the front panel connectors from my case will fit on the new motherboard since they are all connected together. Keep in mind that I only need the power button to work and the computer to run.

This is the cable (the other side of it is directly attached to the front side of the computer, where the power button is, and I don't think I have a reset button):

Some of the pins on the cable are empty (probably since i have only two LED's and a power button but not 100% sure):

This is the cable plugged into the motherboard I currently have (Intel G43T-DM1):

I don't know which pin is which since there are no indicators on the cable/connectors. I want to know if I am able to use the on the motherboard that I am planning to buy, and if so, how.

This is the configuration for the port on the motherboard that I am planning to buy:

I am putting all of this in a Dell Inspiron 560 btw, if that helps.

Thank you in advance.

Thank you. So can I use the cable with the new motherboard without the extension cables? Is it possible to align the two red pins that say Power Sw on the cable (from the thread you sent me) and the two red pins from the motherboard port (the 6 and 8) from this picture http://prntscr.com/izez8m ?

You're welcome. Most probably you'll need two wires to do so. You can adapt them, if not wanting to buy the extension ones. Try connecting the bare wire ends to the motherboard pins and then secure them with wire insulation or similar. Connecting the other ends is simpler.

I think I understand what you're trying to say. You're saying for me to pull the two single wires on the cable that are for power and attach them somehow to the two power pins (6 and 8) on the motherboard. Thank you for that idea but I'm not sure if I can do that. I want to ask how the extension cables work and where do they go, if using them would make this whole process simpler. To me they only look like cables that add extra distance to the front panel cable.

Ooooohh gotcha. So I can attach all the male ends from the extension cord/s to my cable(https://prnt.sc/izeuz4) and all the female ends to the new motherboard. Does that mean that I can use all of the ports that are on my cable that I currently have? Also is it ok if some of the pins on the motherbaord remain empty?

Awesome, thanks. Can you please recommend me extension cables that I will need that will fit my configuration and that are also cheap, thank you.

One more thing. I have other cables at the bottom part of my motherboard which all feed to the front side of the PC where there are USB ports, headphone jacks, SIM card ports and such... I want to know if those cables will fit to the new motherboard, and will my PC still function if I leave them unplugged.

Thanks. Do you know any cheap extension cables that are good and will fit my configuration?

Thank you, this has been incredibly helpful.
The last thing I have to ask is what do the P- and P+ mean on this config https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/324376-dell-18d1y-motherboard-front-panel-pinout/ and if i by some chance put some of the plugs in a wrong order will it damage them or my computer?
