The two front side USB 3.0 ports are not working correctly. One does not recognize any USB device and the other does absolutely nothing. I made the mistake of pulling out my Bluetooth adapter from one of them without safely removing it, that's when the one began not recognizing any device, I can't remember when the issue with the other started.

This all happened while I had Windows 7 installed. I was hoping updating to Windows 10 would help, but it has not.

This is a link my current build

Any help/ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks!

If all the USB3 ports in the back are working, then it's not a driver issue. It sounds like to me that this is more of a cable issue. USB ports in the front of systems have cables that are ran to plug into the motherboard. Overtime, with working with computer insides and things, these cables can often come undone. I would open the case, and check these cables. If they are firmly plugged in, then the cables are bad or the USB port itself is bad.

Would you suggest going to Asus's website for those? All of the usb ports in the back are working.

I built the computer myself. I'll recheck the connects but they should be all connected as I cleaned the dust out of it not too long ago. Gonna be a pain to get in and remove the USB ports from the case. :-/
