Question Froze while playing, now it freezes on startup

My PC froze while playing Rocket League yesterday, and it now freezes/bluescreens on every startup. I thought maybe my SSD was the fault, but it even keeps freezing when I try to reinstall from a USB drive.

Sometimes I get a bluescreen and sometimes it just freezes. The bluescreen have various messages like:

Machine check exception
APC index mismatch
Kernel Auto Boost Lock Acquisition
System thread exception not handled

What I've done so far:

• Tried each RAM stick for themselves.
• Unplugging the graphic card and using integrated graphics. Same results
• Unplugging all drives that are not relevant
• Clearing CMOS, reset all my overclocking
• Reinstalling windows to a new SSD from a USB, but it freezes/bluescreens trying to boot the USB.

Im pretty sure its either the CPU or motherboard who is at fault. Does anyone have any guesses?

Specs:

Intel i5-9600k (Was OC to 5.0Ghz at 1.275V)
MSI Aero GTX 1070
Corsair 16GB 3200Mhz
Asus ROG Z390-H Gaming
Corsair TX650W

After some reading I tried to only use 4 cores, and it worked with no problems. I've sent it in for "repair" and the retailer said it would take 3-4 weeks...
