[SOLVED] Frozen artifact screen and crash

My 2012 MacBook Pro 13.3" i5 has done this two times so far, and it happens when I open it up, and it wakes from sleep. The screen freezes on an insanely glitched out/artifacted screen, then crashes. It boots up and works fine afterwards like nothing happened. What could be causing this?

Sounds like the graphics card is going out. I think I recall mine doing that on an earlier model.
