Frozen touch pad mouse

An external mouse works fine. Until 20 minutes ago, so did my touch pad mouse Windows 7 on 3 month old laptop.

If it's under warranty, don't try to fixing it.
Return it to the seller.
New computers are suppose to work longer the just 3 months.

If you try to fix it and can't, they'll blame you for breaking it.
I don't think you need that kind of hassle.
