Frustrated, Should i use CPU or GPU for Premiere CS5 work?

Im not sure if I should use my CPU as a setting or GPU when using premiere pro 5.5

My specs are
i5 2400
GTX 560 TI OC
8GB RAM

All this time it was on GPU accelerated Knowing that I have already activated the CUDA setting despite my card not being on the list of adobe, now I discovered that I would Use my CPU instead, will that help? thanks.

why not just try, use the same medium to test it, see which is faster

is there a way to test it? I was hoping that when i scrub within a clip it wont be so laggy, which in most cases it is.
