DUAL SYSTEM SETUP.
NOTE: Worked fine in November. Installed a 6700XT, had issues with games not running any better than without a GPU, uninstalled reinstalled drivers: Instant freeze/lockup was reoccuring and annoying so I uninstalled ALL drivers, returned the GPU. Meanwhile System 2 was working fine (System 2 is all parts at the bottom of the part list, shared PSU).

I replaced the Mini-ITX in System 2 so it'd have built in Wifi, had to RMA it for DOA.
Before, after and now however without any System 2 drawing power, I still get freezes and lockups. Today I've launched MSI Afterburner and received a full system freeze repeatedly on all attempts.
Previously, before installing my janky R9 390, my system experience a full lock up during launching Destiny 2 a few hours after had already launched it. In this case, the MSI Afterburner is to under-clock my R9 390.
This has been ongoing since november/december, I've even reformatted the PC since then.
Any feedback, advice or questions?
Update:
Did a 10 hour Memory Test, it passed, so I can rule that out.
With my Janky R9 390 OC GPU, I did Heaven and Furmark and there was no issue there. So janky card is cleared.
I think it may be a defect with the Motherboard, CPU or PSU.
Upon attempting to update the GPU with a Driver from AMD (as ASUS is outdated), the installation of the driver, the system freezes during the "scanning devices" part. this is exactly the same as BEFORE my first reformat, when attempting to reinstall and update my 6700XT Sapphire Nitro card. As soon as the "DEVICES" get scanned, it seems to freeze up.
