Fry CPU with voltage?

There is probably already a thread on this but ohwell. Heres the the setup, I have an i7 3930K currently overclocked to 4.590Ghz. Vcore is at 1.400V and my temps are below 60 degrees C (thanks to my custom water cooling loop). To go for a higher overclock I need to up the voltage. Should I be worried about frying the CPU at any higher voltages even though my temps are fairly low?
