FS-2004 Losing Power in Flight

Several times, in rain or any weather, the aircraft, BE-
55, loses power and airspeed. The throttles are full,
mixture full. RPM's max but fuel flow is half what it
should be. 10 not 20. Any help would be welcomed.

Thoughts; the fuel mixture setting on auto mixture or
manual and needs setting, engine getting hot or cold,
altimiter not set for proper alitude press "B" key to
set. I'd be interested in what the fix is. Good Luck
