Had this on my project pile for quite some time. Had graphics issues when I
fired it up. Socketed and replaced some of the 16 4116's, and now it plays
like a champ. Dirty but 100%. $65 shipped.

What kind of graphics issues were you having?

vertical lines across the screen. There's a bank of 16 4116's on these
boards, and they're really good to work with, nice big solder pads, the RAMs
dont cling for dear life to the board when desoldering them. You can use
your handy logic probe and some piggybacking to isolate bad RAMs, socket and
replace suspect/bad ones, and more often than not the board will be happy.

check pin 14 with a logic probe. No/stuck output, replace the chip.
