FSB- 100 or 200?

I have an ABIT KA7-100. The motherboard specs from the manual say:

CPU:
-supports AMD ATHLON 500-1 GHz processors based on 100 MHz FSB.
-supports 200 MHz Alpha EV6 FSB for the AMD Athlon processor

Chipset:
-Supports 100MHz/133MHz memory bus settings.

Okay, here is my question. I have an Athlon 800MHz Classic with Crucial PC133 CAS2. I checked the settings on my computer and the FSB and memory's settings are both at 100MHz. I would like to take advantage of my Crucial PC133 and have it running at 133. How do I do this? Do I need to set the motherboard FSB to 133 also. If I do, how do I do this too?

Thanks in advance.

Leave your FSB at 100mHz unless you want to overclock your processor. Change your memory setting to 133mHz in Bios. You'll still be able to take advantage of your PC133 memory when your FSB is 100mHz because your EV6 FSB is DDR (essentially 200mHz).
