If you know a good link where different components have been tested at non standard FSB speeds do post them here.
Please try following a structured manner similar to this:
"
FSB Speed
-Problem description if crashes at higher setting
-Likely cause if any idea, eg what component is causing the crash.
CPU
-Stock Speed
-Actual Speed
-CPU Info
Operatingsystem
-Service Packs
-DirecX level installed
Motherboard
-Revision
-Bios version
-Stable running temprature at 100% CPU load
Memory
-Revision
-Voltage settings
-Timer settings
Component
-Revision
-Driver info
Additional comments
"
This could turn out to be a good reference for people trying to sort their oc-related crasches, or what hardware have the best overclocking potential.
My current setup is:
FSB 137
-Intermittently blue screens at 138, running stable at 137.
-It's most likely my old graphicscard that's causing this. Still waiting for my Geforce 3 and currently running my VERY old Matrox Mystique..
AMD TBIRD
-1333Mhz
-1636Mhz
-A1333AMS3C, AXIA 0110MPMW
Win98SE
Clean Install
DirectX 8.0a
ASUS A7M266
-Revision 1.04
-BIOS 1.03
-24C
APACER 256MB PC2100 DDR
-Revision unavailable
-Running at CL2
-Default voltage
Soundblaster Live Platinum 5.1
