how to switch to 5:4

p4 2.6C @ 2835 ==> i cannot go any further (prime95 fails after a few (6-7) hours its not temperature or voltage or ram timings i ve tried all no solution)

msi 865pe neo2
ddr400 twinmos 2x512mb (3-4-4-8)

one advice for all DONT BY ANYTHING CHEAP IF ITS MORE EXPENSIVE THERE IS ALWAYS A REASON

That would be in the bios, but i'm not familiar with that mobo's bios, search for the words Dram Frequency, Dram ratio, i'm not sure what else, if it's Dram frequency then 320mhz, Dram ratio 5:4.

NEED NEW SYSTEM!

its dram frequency but it cannot be set to 320 options are266 333 400 auto 500 533 i tried 333 but it doesnt boot i tried higher (500) it doesnt boot again

i already have the latest bios i finally decided to replace ramz with faster ones it looks like that is the only solution? you ve got any other other advice?

I've used that board a few times. It's not very dependable. It's offers great options for oc'ing, but i can't get it to oc right either.
The motherboard comparison done on this site definately didn't show oc'ing potential :).

45.5k mark? 85 dollars went a long way. So did that extra 15 dollars for cooling my video card.
