FSB:DRAM ratio

Hey, i know there are other sites but none are specific to me
with my specs below, i am on a 1:2 fsb:dram ratio and i'm wondering if or how i can get it to 1:1, i can only adjust bus speed that i know of.

System specs? Motherboards, and their BIOS' are all different.
