FSB Speed on Q6600 when OCing

Hi
First I wanna say I've Search For this topic on the Forms , But didnt get what i wanted ,and i know u get at least 6000 post regarding the Q6600 :p , but please i Need a Simple Answer

Which FSB You Think is Better and Why ?(cuz im a noob)

425 X 8 = 3400Mhz
or
378 X 9 =3402Mhz

and should i disable Vdroop


My System Spec are :

EVGA 780i ftw MB
Corsair 4GB 1066Mhz Ram
OCZ Vendetta 2 CPU Cooler
EVGA GTX 260 CORE 216 SC

In general, you should use the higher multiplier and lower FSB. Higher FSB's stress your northbridge chip, increases temperature, etc. The only advantage to a higher FSB, is that you can run your ram faster in 1:1 synchronous mode (basically your memory multiplier is set to 2 because you have DDR2 "double data rate" ram). So your ram would be running at 756mhz (378x2) instead of 850 mhz (425x2).

But running memory at higher mhz has negligable impacts on performance in games.
