FTP trying to get access to remote PC files

I tried ftp to my other PC, I put command dir, windows asked for some sort of permission but I accidentally pressed no. now I'm stuck here:

200 PORT command successful.
501 Error in parameters.


How do I get it to ask it agen?

If I do it all over, it just says "200 PORT command successful." for a while and then it says "501 Error in parameters."
