Fujifilm X10 Broken

My Fujifilm X10 digital camera is broken. When I twist the lens its really crunchy, as if there is sand in there.

Sometimes I can twist it hard through the crunches and it will go out and in but other times it will just lock up and go no further in or out.

I've taken out all the screws I can see but still can't get it open to have a look inside.

Any help would be much appreciated.

That's a job for a real repair center. Not DIY.
