No.
Not all Xeon's use the same socket.
Not all Xeons that use the socket that you have will work either.
This also gets refined further depending on the Chipset your Fuji is actually using.

The socket is lga775 and there are no xeon cpus for that socket BUT you can mod it to support those LGA 771 xeon processors
