fujitsu laptop stuck on boot screen

hey plz i need helppp!
so i have ths laptop, i tried removing hdd and tried another hdds, changed the cmos battery romoved the ram but nothing helped, also i can't enter boot menu all it says is BOOT Selection Popup menu has been selected and does not show anything else

In the BIOS, is your Hard Drive detected?

If it's not, your hard drive is defective and has stopped working. Which means you will have to buy a new HDD/SSD (I would HIGHLY recommend SSD)

If it is detected, then you will need to re-install the operating system (windows 7) onto the HDD again.

If you want to go down the fiddly route, use a Windows 7 Disc/USB, boot into it, select Repair somewhere on one of the screens, then try to fix system startup. Maybe your BCD is corrupted.

By the way, is there your HDD on that boot select menu? When you press it does it throw something like "OS Not Found"? Then as AsadP2012 said it's toast. If there's something else be positive, maybe another chance there are.
