Fujitsu lifebook a series

My fujitsu laptop has been flat for months as the keyboard was broke just fixed it but now it boots with a block screen asking for a password but its not the password i set on it any clues?

Is this at the Bios (Before windows starts loading) or after windows loads (ie - your user password)?

Bios i think as soon as i turn it on it comes up straight away
