Hello I just got this Fujitsu LifeBook T732 which is running quite warm like 75c. My program list says I have fujitsu utilities extension already installed but how do I get on it and make it spin the fan at maximum? Or is that even possible? The little fan is going but not keeping up. Thank you.

Is this;

what you've got?

Did you try disassembling the device to clean the venting in said device? While you've got the Fujitsu disassembled, you should replace the thermal paste on the laptop and see if that brings your temps down.

yes this is machine I just bought off FB seller who put win11 in it with SSD HDD and 8gb of ram. The little filter slot is clear and by supplementing with external fan I have it down to 65C from almost 80c. I tried f2 f12 and f8 to get to bios during bootup and none of them worked.

Even though the seller installed the Win 11 OS, I would redo it myself.
This goes for any and every used system...you personally need to do a full wipe and reinstall.

Even if he said he did it 5 minutes before you got there.

not understanding how freshness of OS affects control of fan speed? original question is if getting into BIOS will help me find control of the internal fan and how to get to BIOS.

The reinstall is not to "fix" the fan speed or whatever.

Rather, it is to ensure that the seller did not leave any nastiness behind, and to verify the validity of the OS license.
