Fujitsu Recovery and Utility

So when I turn on my laptop, there is a black screen that said "Windows had failed to start".
There were two options that I could select , one was "fix the problems (recommended)" and start "Windows normally".
When I select the fix the problems, it brought me to FujitsuMyRecovery (64-bit) and a window showed up that says "recovery and utility". I waited for a looooong time but the window kept loading.
so I decided to restart the computer and tried to start windows normally, but I had no luck, the computer restarted itself and brought me back to the black screen that says "Windows has failed to start" and still show me those two available options.
idk what to do.
what can i do to get out of this issue?

You can use recovery methods by turning on your laptop then pressing f8 until it comes up with "Repair My Computer", then click that.

Type in your password if you have one then select the option you find the best. I find that the start-up repair is best. Also DO NOT shut it down while it's working as it may be working with important files.

Yes. It can take a while. I'd give it at least 3 hours to go.

Ok ive waited for 7 hours already and that window is still on. im giving up this laptop
