Fujitsu Siemens D2950-A11 GS2 Fujitsu Esprimo P2550 Motherboard Won't Turn on No Power

Hello I have a problem with the above fujitsu motherboard, i bought it, installed it in a pc case, connected everything when I saw that the power button connector didn't fit but the motherboard would power on when was plugged in to the outlet, and monitor would display no signal no matter if connected through the vga port or a graphic card. I ordered a power switch with the connectors needed, left the Pc in a secure spot for a few days now I tried to switch it on ( before connecting the new power button connector) but it won't turn on, I unplugged everything one by one from the motherboard and nothing, I tried a different power lead and different power supply, still nothing, So I dont know what may be causing the issue I would really appreciate if someone has an Idea as of what may be causing the problem, the motherboard just seems to not be getting any power to it at all.

The motherboard would post every time i would connect the psu to the outlet, without the power switch connected, fan would spin at constant speed and monitor would say no signal, I left it as it was for a few days till the switch arrived but before installing it i just wanted to power up the motherboard and it wouldnt post so then i took out everything one by one and try to power up and nothing, connected everything back and still nothing, i did try several cmos batteries two power supplies, two cpu's, different rams, different heatsink, still no change.
