we are planning to build 2 Cpu's One for AutoCAD solidworks and one for normal usage please Guide me to best components to build cpu

Approximate Purchase Date: may be within 15days

Budget Range :
1. AutoCAD cpu : 50k-60k(in Rupees)
2. Normal cpu : 30k(in Rupees)

System Usage from Most to Least Important:
1. AutoCAD and solidworks
2.Normal usage

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers
