Full HD monitors worth it?

ive read that you can only see full HD work its course i think 38" and up? well for tvs anyways, so having a 23" monitor does anyone say its worth it? im getting the monitor any way, but i just wantd some guidance haha

by "full hd" i assume you mean 1080p? 23" you can defo tell the difference between 1080p and lower. For tv's it may be a bit different because you generally sit much further away from them.
