Full HD PC monitor within a small budget

My old monitor's all busted up, so looking to buy a new one. While searching for the same I came across "BenQ GL2460HM 24-inch HD Monitor", can anyone plz tell me how good this one is when it comes to large screen full HD monitors? I'll mainly use it for Gaming, Movies and tiny bit of office work.. I cannot spend more than 10,000 INR (which is $157 or so). Any suggestions please..

Alternative for your choice in my opinion would be this:

And that one of yours BENQ is also decent for full HD 1080p display

The Benq monitor has inbuilt speakers, will it still make sound if I connect my 5.1 to my PC? My previous monitor had no speakers, so never thought about this sound issue. Also I tried looking for the Asus one you suggested, it is not available in Indian online shopping sites (yet to check in stores).
