Full info about Radeon2 and 3!

Can anybody give me a link or tell everything abiut Radeon2 and 3? what will memory clock speed? core will be 300Mhz, I know that.

In short we havn't a clue. Seems like ATI will be annoicing a few things in the next couple of weeks so stay tuned.
